About Quincy

Quincy is the lead paralegal and office manager for The Law Firm of Mike Daniels. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Northern Arizona University (NAU, 2020), and a minor in Sociology. She worked previously for The Zickerman Law Firm in Flagstaff where she honed her paralegal and law office management skills. She also has prior experience working for the Prescott Consolidated Court as a clerk for both the criminal and civil caseloads. Additionally, while going to school at NAU, Quincy worked for the university in Facility Services as an Administrative Assistant to ensure some 450 employees and campus guests had what they needed for their workday. All the above professional experiences make her the sharp end of the spear at the Law Firm of Mike Daniels!

Quincy serves her community - an essential aspect of work here at the firm. She blends her natural ability and experience serving her community into her management of the firm and premier level of customer service to our clients. She previously served the Flagstaff Family Food Bank, and the Veteran's Stand Down - showing both her sensitivity and awareness beyond the files on her desk for our clients, and her commitment to those who served in the armed forces of this great country. It is this service above self that makes her a perfect fit for the law firm.

No doubt, Quincy maintains the calm in the chaos of the law practice! She uses the innate qualities of balanced compassion and commitment to ensure the law firm moves through the day to day maintaining its focus on what is most important for our clients- this is Power in Purpose, another aspect of what it means to work for the firm. The sum total of her professional and personal qualities come from her own efforts, as well as her home and family. She was born in Colorado to a family of four. She holds to these roots and uses them daily as a measure for the quality of her work her at the firm.

Quincy balances out the aspects of law firm management with those aspects outside the practice with a quality and grace far beyond that of her peers. She enjoys the richness of the beauties of Northern Arizona and is fully committed to her passions and activities that bring her peace and happiness like hiking/backpacking, photography, camping, paddleboarding, skiing, painting, reading, spending time with and being "present" for family and friends.

"I appreciate really more than words can express, that Quincy is trustworthy, reliable, and loyal. One could argue that she gets paid to be just that... I would argue that although that is true on the most basic of levels, Quincy's personal quality, her focus on improvement for both herself and the firm, as well as her exceptional devotion to the ethos of the firm- to do justice, love mercy, and walk humbly (Micah 6:8), really mean that she is "paying" the firm and our clients- essentially, she is the best kind of person, not just an employee." - Mike Daniels, Esq.
